A logo is the easy part. The hard part is everything after it: the words your team uses when someone calls, the colours that have to hold up on a pop-up banner and a road sign, the guide somebody opens two years from now when none of us are in the room.
Most of our brand work is for First Nations governments, nonprofits, public health programs and education bodies, where an identity has to carry community values and not just look current. So we start by listening. We work out what actually makes you you, write the messaging, design the identity and the palette and the logo, then help you roll it out and hand over a guide people can follow without a designer beside them.
The real test is whether the brand still holds together a year after we leave.
